Easter Hope | Family Fun | Good Friday

Our world can feel like a frightening place at the moment. Sometimes it can even feel hopeless. However, as followers of Jesus, we believe that there are far greater powers at work than those we read about in the news and a far deeper truth than anything we might hear about on social media. We believe that the story of Easter brings real, lasting hope for anyone who believes it. And so for any families who would like to hear about this, or who simply would like something fun to do on Good Friday, we would love to welcome you to our event called ‘Easter Hope’. This is run by the Churches Together Holiday Club Team and is open to anyone but is aimed toward children and their families.

Easter Hope is a ‘stay and play’ type event from 10am-12.30pm on Good Friday, 18 April. You can come along from 10am to the Saint Andrew’s Centre where there will be things to do, make, eat and play with, alongside storytelling. We will then send you off in search of hope, rescue and a feast of Hot Cross Buns that will be down the road at the Methodist Church.
